Beef Carpaccio

Oh god!!! We need to work until 11 pm? OH GOD! You got to be kidding me.

This is the first respond when I heard that last week.

Heard what?

We need to help to prepare the dinner that in charge of the rude boy.

Aaron craze, the rude boy that can cook. Currently he is a celebrity chef that work with Asian Food Channel.

He is having a event in BUCH during this few day.

He do cooking demonstration to public to show his talent.

Me and my colleagues was reached school at 3pm to help him done the appetizer in this dinner event

I am proud enough to help him to prepare the appetizer in dinner event call beef carpaccio.

Maybe I am rude boy too.

Beef carpaccio is a traditional dish that come from Italy.

Is a raw beef dish, it serve thin layer of raw beef with some salad and vinegar.

You all should give it a try because is very delicious. 

Where I work to mise-en-place our ingredients.

Here is the cafe restaurant we prepare the ingredients for our dish.

Actually nothing much to do and we just walk around and take a rest.

But when come to the serious moment, we will work hard and serious too!

So don't get me wrong, we really work hard and enjoy this event.

Main point is, we no need to go back at 11 pm.
